The 880160 supports complex applications requiring more than 2 WAN ports and the ability to cross-connect DS0s between WANs. Supports up to 4 WAN cards for a total of 8 T1 or E1 WAN ports and has a built-in cross-connect module. Two model 880160 CPUs can be installed for CPU redundancy. 1:N WAN redundancy is also supported. CPU card also houses signaling firmware (included) and optional SNMP and/or TR-08 management firmware (must be ordered separately). CPU Host firmware must be ordered separately. Can be used with system releases up to and including v3.x.y. Requires appropriate interface card (892060, 892160, 892560, 892660 or 892760). This card is being manufacture discontinued.
